Many years ago I read a book, the Ancient Secret Of the Fountain Of Youth by Peter Kelder (also called The Eye Of Revelation, and The Five Tibetan Rites).




Leading on from there I found another book, The Five Tibetans by Chris Kilham ... here's an interview with him. Both books talk about a series of exercises that can be performed at home, without any further tuition or input from a trainer. 


 

Originating in the Himalayas, the five yogic exercises known as the Five Tibetans take only a minimum of daily time and effort but dramatically increase physical strength, energy, and suppleness as well as mental acuity.
