Hector Pineda

Here is a presentation of digital/photographic artworks by Hector Pineda I have long admired; this is what he says about his work:

"Art is for me a source of knowledge, of criticism and debate, as well as a tool that allows the outgrowing of a person or a group. My particular intention is to encourage the spectator to meditate about certain essential aspects regarding human existence, particularly THE DESIRE.   "Media today permits access to millions of works executed by people belonging to different cultures and time lines.  " This clash, affecting not only culture but also art, forms part of my influence, which results in a compound of works always looking for an introspective reflection."
