To comply with the NPPs, GOING PRO has a Privacy Policy, which sets out how we manage privacy in our organisation.
GOING PRO appreciates the importance of confidentiality when dealing with our customers and the broader business community. Our privacy policy deals with your right to privacy and our contractual and ethical obligations.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your contact with us and your use of our web sites, the software & other facilities offered, is a safe and rewarding experience. In this spirit, we will not pass on your personal or contact details to any third parties, but only use them for the purposes described below.

Information Collected
GOING PRO will not collect or monitor personal information about you without your consent; we will collect and store only the information given to us by you on our webpage (i.e. your name and email address).
This information is required for GOING PRO to be able to provide the GOING PRO Business System software activation code to your email address and to provide you with news about GOING PRO software updates.
However, if you choose not to provide any of the information requested by GOING PRO or you do not consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes set out in this policy, we may be unable to provide you with suitable services.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of data which is sent from a web server to a web browser on the user’s machine when the browser visits the server’s site. Accordingly, if you visit the GOING PRO or ZEN PHOTOART websites to read, browse or download information, our system will record the date and time of your visit, the pages viewed, the time spent on the web site, the information downloaded and the country from which you've accessed the site. If you have a complaint regarding the way in which your personal information is being handled by GOING PRO, please contact us by email. In accordance with the NPPs, GOING PRO is not required to provide you with access to information that GOING PRO has about you in certain circumstances, including where:

· it would pose a serious threat to the life or health of any individual
· it would have an unreasonable impact upon the privacy of other individuals
· the request is frivolous or vexatious.
We will give you reasons if we can't provide you with access to information that GOING PRO holds about you.

GOING PRO, its employees, officers and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the GOING PRO and ZEN PHOTOART websites or any related website. Furthermore, whilst every effort will be made to ensure that information on the website and in electronic and printed publications is accurate and correct, no warranty or guarantee is given by GOING PRO as to the accuracy of such information, and no liability will be accepted for loss or damage arising out of the use of such information.
Furthermore, no liability will be accepted for loss or damage arising out of the use of the GOING PRO Business System, any data entered into and processed by it.
